Rockport Management Team
The Management Team at Rockport Software has many years of experience in delivering high value Business Intelligence Solutions. We have more than 45 years combined hands-on experience with Oracle Business Intelligence products. We have built a high quality consulting practice centred around products from the Oracle Business Intelligence range. As a member of the Oracle Alliance Partner programme, Rockport Software supports and complements Oracle's Business Intelligence business through a strong mix of selling Oracle software and providing the consulting expertise to deliver complete solutions to our clients.
Bob Logan - Managing Director
Bob was Director of Oracle OLAP Products for the EMEA region of Oracle Corporation, from 1995, until the formation of Rockport Software in 1997. Prior to the acquisition of the Express OLAP products from IRI, Bob was a Board Director of IRI Software U.K., with responsibility for Product Management in EMEA. Before that he was responsible for building and developing IRI's OLAP consulting practice in the U.K. He was also responsible for managing the implementation of the TickIT/ISO9001 initiative at IRI in the U.K. Bob has over 20 years of experience working with Oracle Business Intelligence products.
Andy Johnson - Consulting Director
Andy managed the OLAP Consulting Practice at Oracle U.K., from September 1996 until the formation of Rockport Software, having been a Consulting Services Manager since Oracle's acquisition of IRI's OLAP business in 1995. Andy has 20 years of experience working with Oracle Business Intelligence products, starting with Unilever, and then with IRI from 1987. Andy was Consulting Manager in the largest business group at IRI at the time of the Oracle acquisition.
